Mi 10 12.2.2 all apps crashes

I am using a mi10 and the xiaomi.eu 12.2.2. but since all android 11 releases all apps crashes after a few seconds .. first app was the file manager and I can't copy files from stick because the app crashes after 5 seconds. Anybody an idea why?

If I make a new installation everything is fine and the problem start if I make a dual app
