Hello everybody. I bought a Chinese version of mi 10 ultra with Ali. after a couple of days of use, problems with the battery appeared, namely, the battery charge began to drop sharply, then after a minute it rose to 100% and after a while came back to its current state. periodically, such drops in charge led to the disconnection of the phone. also noticed that when fast charging at 120W, the phone's charging mode turns on and off. the mains supply is normal and the cable is not touched. what could be the reason for this problem? the phone has been used for less than a week.

Wow. That's the weirdest use and charge curves ever. Make sure you are on latest software. Check if your charging port is not loose or has some dust in it... If problem still exists, unfortunately you will have to send it back man

It seems like a battery problem. The best thing would be if it is the software issue. You can check it by changing it to another version. You can flash xiaomi.eu rom to get an answer but it can be bit risky, because to do this you have to unlock bootloader so after this you can loose your guaranty and if this is battery issue (not a software) then you will have a problem to send it back under the guaranty terms. Decide what is the best way for you if you can take a risk.
