My Mi 11 with german O2 carrier sim just stops having LTE after some time and doesn't manage to reconnect. The only way to solve it is to restart the phone I tested latest stable and now I'm on latest weekly. Still the same issue. Does anyone else have this problem?

Try insterting the sim card into another phone and see if LTE appears
If not then you should talk with your carriers support for that
