Mi 11 Ultra MIUI 13 not detected in fastboot mode

Hi

I just recently got a Mi 11 Ultra with China ROM (MIUI 13) and I am trying to unlock the bootloader, I followed the steps of enabling OEM unlock and USB debugging but when I boot to fastboot mode the phone is simply not recognized by the PC

The Unlock tool doesn't detect a phone, There is no sound from the PC when the phone is connected, it doesn't show up in the Device Manager just the orange FASTBOOT logo on the phone.

I know it is related to a driver but I have tried all suggested methods of installing USB driver for Xiaomi and it doesn't help and the fact that it doesn't appear in the Device Manager makes me think it is something to do with the phone itself, anyone who ran into a similar situation?

Try installing these drivers:
DRIVERS, ADB AND FASTBOOT TOOLS

install Xiaomi drivers

I have installed both of those, but still not recognizing the device

change USB port / change USB cable / use USB 2.0 / use an USB Hub

I was able to find the phone when using a Xiaomi cable, thanks for the help
