I'm kind of unsure how to get my phone fixed via the warranty services. Here is my situation:
I first started to experience the wifi connection problem one month ago. The wifi setting just can't be switched on. I initially thought it could be a software problem, but it looks more like a common hardware problem with mi 11. I purchased this phone via honorbuy.com, but they were very very slow with their response. They first said I could send it to Poland or Italy, but now they are telling me that I have to send my phone to China in order to fix it. The shipping cost won't be cheap, since I'm located in Sweden.
I also tried to contact the xiaomi warranty services here in Sweden, but they said they won't fix it for me, because my phone was not purchased from them. I also contacted Xiaomi China, but they also want me to send my phone to China in order to fix it.
Did any of you have similar problems with your mi 11?
