New Mi 11T Pro 13.0.6.0 - Charging and Notifications

Model: Mi 11T Pro
ROM: xiaomi.eu_multi_XM11TPro_V13.0.6.0.SKDMIXM_v13-12 (stable)

- Doesn't charge to 100%... It gets stucked on 90%.
- Don't get notifications unless I unlock the screen. While the screen is locked, I get messages and no notifications from WhatsApp or any other messages app, including SMS.

Because Xiaomi does not release weekly ROMs for models that only exist in the Global version.
