I'm a new user of xiaomi smartphones and a new user of the forum, so apologizes if I'm not starting this thread in the correct way.
I found a bug in xiaomi.eu ROM (MIUI 8.2 by xiaomi.eu 6.12.1|Beta). Telegram app and Play Store app don't start in background even I have set that apps to start in background and I have disabled battery consuption restriction. So, if I receive a message in both app, they don't notify.
Is there a solution for that?
