mi 8 se Flashing EU Rom

I have installed twrp 3.2.3 1227 ..
what should i do to now?

I have tried several times wiping Delvic cache,cache,system,internal storage, data and then went to copy the rom from laptop to mobile. but it wouldn't go through.
then tried to reboot to recovery but it stuck on fastboot again.
I dont know if the process is right?
Can you please help me out?

Boot you phone into twrp from pc then select install. Then select your rom.zip and slide to confirm installing or you can select zip file from trump drive. If you still stuck you can find ton of guidance from youtube.

In twrp, choose Format data, confirm by typing “yes“ flash again, problem solved.
