Mi Band 4 heart rate failure

I bought mi band 4. The hear rate worked well for a few days, but now only one of the two green lights is shining (flashing to be precise) and the other one is not. Does anyone have a clue how I can fix that?

Hi try to unpair the equipment and restart your mobile before restarting the association phase.
