Mi home app with bugs

I've had a robot vacuum cleaner for 2 years. I never had any error, yesterday I used the same normally. today, the app simply stopped working, any action pops up a connection error. there has been no network or configuration change. this is definitely an app error. I need you to solve this for me to be able to use it!
I’ve reseted everything, and now adding a new device, pressing the plus sign, nothing happens, connection error appears.
