Invalid Mi Pad 4 phone app crash

I'm on the weekly build with my Mi Pad 4.
The phone app doesn't work. When I open it, it keeps crashing.

You're using a third-party launcher... can you see the Phone app icon on MIUI launcher?

No app icon, but I can confirm that the phone app is installed on the tablet

There's a reason you don't see the Phone icon in stock launcher... It doesn't matter that it's installed - the app is there because the Wi-Fi-only and the LTE variants of Mi Pad 4 use the same ROM. The Phone app isn't crashing, it's exiting itself, because your device was not intended to use it.
