Hi everyone,
i live in Germany. I got the Mi Water Kettle as my birthday present. I downloaded the Mi Home App - but it doesnt do anything.
It just shows me the water temperature. But it doesnt heat the water, as it should do.
I read that one can uninstall, and then install again the app - i did that several times - stil doenst work. Then i read, one should change the "region" to "other" - but i cannot do that, in Mi Home App i can only choose a country. I tried with Germany - doenst work. Tried with France, Romania, United Kingdom - doenst work. When i tried with USA or China - it didnt even find my Kettle, so it couldnt connect.
Please help! I really wanten this kettle and now i am very dissapointed, that it doesnt work. The kettle wasnt bought from China, or over the internet, it was bought from Saturn, a known electronical shop...
