mi10lite keeps rebooting on basic mi logo screen

hello everyone,

I am looking for an advice/help what to do. My phone started feezing and rebooted 3/4 times yesterday. by the end of the day it started again but it did not boot into home screen any more just keeps rebooting. there is not possible to hard reset or fastboot. when I pressed power button and vol+ it kept continue rebooting on basic screen, after I pressed power button and vol- fastboot orange appear very dark mode with no further happening.

hello mate, thanks for your respond, I would say not at all. what I found out is another quite strange happening. when I try to put the phone into fastboot mode and plug usb into computer my dr phone software recognise the phone but it keeps open/close some new window again and again
