Mi3 WCDMA wipe help

Hello,
I'm new to this forum and I just bought a Mi3 WCDMA 16 GB.
Today I updated it from recovery mode to 4.12.12 but now the phone seems to have bugs and stuff like that.
My question is: how can I reinstall 4.12.12 working correctly? Do I need to full wipe mi phone?
I read the guide and it suggests to use "Rom Manager".
Is it still the best way to do it or I can also do it with Mi recovery mode?

Also when I bought the phone it had 4.11....(I don't remember) and it scored 41k on antutu.
How is it possible that now I score 34k with 4.12.12?

Either Antutu change (meaning you had different Antutu versions running, hence different scoring), or much different clocking of the processor (less likely).

Not an expert here, just trying to help.
