Mi4 Problem Usb Charge

Hello

I have a xiaomi mi4 LTE before i try to put in charge but doesn't work, same in PC.
Now the battery is 0% and i don't know how to fix it, before i saw the red light when is in charge blinking, after some minute i see the charge screen but stay to 0%
I had used different cable so isn't this, it's 1 hour to 0%
Never haved problem with this phone, how can i fix it?
The problem is i can't turn on because don't have battery so it's a big problem, please help me.

Did you fix your charge issue since you recently posted about firmware upgrade lately?

I put with PC usb charge and after 2 hours arrive 2%
When arrived to 15% i change from PC to normal charger and finally works, very strange but now work!
I don't know if this problem is about a rom or others stuff...
