Mi4c Updating Only From Miflash Tool

Good Morning,
i've a problem with my MI4C... I can change the ROM only if I've the flashboot file...
Problem is that, i need to flash a Global ROM with Italian language... but I've not found it.

Somebody can help me?

Just to report the problem with ZIP files...
I proceed with the update using TWRP recovery. The zip file installing correctly but when the phone reboot it doesn't start... MI logo appear flashing as the phone is looped switching on and switching off.
