Mi4i "no Sim"

Hey i Just Got a new mi4i and i tried 2 sims from 2 Israeli networks and it does not work?
i tried both slots ,and those sims work on other phones

perhaps i need a specific rom for my region?

Try these methods :

1. Go to Call menu, dial *#*#4636#*#*, pick your Simcard (1 or 2) and set the Preferred Network Type to TD-SCDMA, GSM/WCDMA and LTE
2. In our forum, a user said he tried to use the phone without simcard, use 1 slot, use 2 slots, and combination amongst it and suddenly it worked. Maybe you can try it.

Hey thanks first sim is already on TD-SCDMA, GSM/WCDMA and LTE
Second SIM is GSM only and it does Not allow me to change it
