Mi4s Update - Need Help

Hallo,

I'm new to the community and MI phones updates. When I go to update->download from Xiaomi.eu it always says download error. I believe I need to make an update myself. The phone says I have:

MIUI7 POLSKA
MIUI 7.2.5.0 | Stable


What latest stable ver I can install?
Where do I get the file?
How to do it?

I know this is basic knowledge but I'm really confused with all the knowledge on the forum. I'd really appreciate some help.

If you just want to update the ROM, download the one you need, put it in the internal memory of the phone, in the root, in a folder you think call download_rom, go to settings, phone information, system update, Fails, click on the three points above, select package, and look for the folder
