Mi5: How To Switch From Miui.it Rom To Xiaomi.eu Rom (stable)

Hello everyone!

Hi got a Xiaomi Mi5 with Miui.it ROM.

I was really interested in switching to Xiaomi.eu ROM (stable), since I'd like to have a stable rom instead of a developer.

Which steps should I follow for the switch?

Should I reinstall the official rom from Xiaomi and then Xiaomi.eu Rom?
Is it necessary, or not?
