New [MI8 Pro] MIUI 11 9.10.11 - updater and twrp not working

Hello everyone,
I've trying to update from the update app, its download the update then restart in twrp and its flash the new update itself, but now when i do this process it got stuck in the twrp logo, and never gets in the recovery. the recovery just stuck int eh twrp logo.

Im using the 3.2.3 i flashed the one recommended in the rom forum over here, but no luck.
