mi8se, black screen after flashing TWRP

Hello,

I'm currently running v10.2.2 and trying to upgrade to the latest stable version.
when I rebbot to recovery mode from the updater it just freezes on the mi logo boot screen, and when I flash again the twrp and reboot through adb, I get only black screen.
does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

You must flash TWRP 1102 not the latest one.
