New [MI9][10.2.6] Google Assistant keeps popping up

Google assistant keeps showing up without even pressing the AI button. I tried to disable every option possible but nothing could prevent it from reappearing every so often.

I'm on stable rom.

I change the AI button single press action to none and double press action to flashlight. This leads to the flashlight being toggled randomly from time to time. I'm running 9.10.24 on Mi 9. I don't remember exactly but I'm pretty sure this also happened running the stock global EEA rom.

This is a serious problem and irritates me a lot.... I can't do anything while I'm in call Google assistant keeps popping

I have the same issue and I'm running MiUI 11..0.5.0 (QFAEUXM). I had to completely disable the usage of the AI Button in order to be able to use my Mi9 on a daily basis.

Same problem even watching Netflix. I think it may be toggle when Network change (from no internet yo Connected).

Do developers read this topics?
