MI9 : how to install TWRP

Hello,
I have XIAOMI MI9 phone. European version (bought in France).

I have tried serveral time to install TWRP ... but after ending in boot loop, I have flashed original EEA Xiaomi ROM to have an functional again phone.

Can someone point me how to install TWRP, I want to install XIAOMI.EU roms.

I have unlocked the bootloader, but after reinstalling original Xiaomi rom via fastboot, the bootloader is locked again !)

That means you have to unlock again before you can even start again...
When you use miflash etc... UNTICK RELOCK

Now you have to ask unlock again for 360 hours

I unlocked again the bootloader (no wait time this time), and installed TWRP you linked.
Now I have the xiaomu.eu 9.7.19
