Mi9 Not able to install any roms

I have TWRP working, and I try to install like 6 different roms, they seem to install ok, but after reboot. It doesn't
It always comes to TWRP again.
Using 3.3.1-46-cepheus

Sure you come from official rom and you don't format data?
Right?

I did, formatted cache dalvik, data, and even system I tried.

Look for XDA "tool all in one" , then download a suitable fastboot rom and install with that tool. The same tool will flash a recovery if needed, and after that you can again install any rom you like.

I had the same last week.. i came from last weekly. Full wiped, flashed fw+vendor + gsi Q. After that only fastboot and twrp was gone. Managed to get back using miflash and fastboot rom. After that i tried different fw+vendor file and different rom. Same result. After back up, i installled 9.11.7 again and working now. Very,very strange
