New Mi9 v9.9.26 notification Led not blinking

Hi, in the xiaomi.eu rom v9.9.26, the notification light is not blinking when I receive a notification, and it's off even when i recharge my phone. The notification light settings are enabled.

Yes, I have found that the led blink for a short time, but only if the DND mode is not activated.

Just how it supposed to, DND is meant to disable all notifications except for emergency contacts (if enabled).

Oh, yeah i was confuses with the silent mode

I can confirm that the issue occurs at least in Mix2S and Max 3, when Do not disturb or silent mode are enabled.
No LED light when charging or notification..
No issues when normal mode is enabled.

Dnd is for disable notification sounds/vibrations but not LED
And also not charging led y they are a setting to enable charging led light and this setting is enabled
