New Mi9 /w 9.9.6 - Playstore always downloads via Mobile Data but it is set to Wifi Only !

Mi9 with 9.9.6 always does download updates via mobile-data but I have set it to wifi only in the settings.
I lost all my data volume cause of this bug.

Its not a bug, turn of download via mobile data in downloads settings

ok, is this new in Android-Q ?
Never used this in Android9 /w Mi8

so the Playstore should now do not download anything via mobile data ?


Edit: blocked mobil data now for playstore
