Hi sorry if this has been answered. I bought MIPAD 2 16GB, and it seems it has some international ROM that has been modified with languages. I would like to install official ROM or Xiaomi.eu ROM. I can enter recovery mode by pressing vol and + key, also can enter the fastboot mode vol and - key. Is my bootloader locked or not? Can i just flash it through recovery(dont mind if it is offical developer or xiaomi.eu) Thank you for answer.
