MIpad front and rear camera not working

guys, i just received my mipad yesterday, but i found out that the rear and front cameras are not working. Can anyone help?

My problem is similar. The rear camera don´t working. I don't know if it's a hardware problem or software. I'm waiting to see what they answer the technical service. When I know something you commented.
