Missing 4g Network Setting (indonesia)

could anyone tell me how to set 4G network? i m now on MIUI7 china stable. i can set 4g easily but i cant do the same on MIUI8 global.

use xiaomi.EU China stable
it works on telkomsel 4g and XL 4g
