Missing stable ROM for Mi 8 SE : V9.5.10.0.OEBCNFA

I have been using Xiaomi.eu Stable ROMs since long time, and I have been looking weekly for it here:

Judging by this repository, I would say they do produce Stable releases.
Have they updated they intentions and the drive of the Project?

I'm not sure about what you wrote. Xiaomi.eu is based on China Rom (Stable and Beta) and they also release stable version. But concerning Mi 8 or Mi 8 SE the current stable China version is still MIUI 9 not 10. I guess this is why they didn't yet release the stable version. I hope it will be soon available with MIUI 10.

It says you need Xiaomi.eu ROM, but it does not refer Stable or Developer.
I assume it will work on both.

But I also prefer the Stable ROM - as you do - but had to flash Developer 8.8.9.
