MIUI 1.3.11 - Monitor app problem

Dear all, I'm experienced problem with Monitor app, after upgrading from 1.3.5.
Basically Monitor app doesn't start... with "Sudden interruption" message

Does anyone experience the same issue?
Any suggestion?
