Invalid Miui 10.0.5.0 - Mi 8 Lite - Notifications led bugs

Hello, when i receive message on whatsapp , led work but when i receive a messenger message, led don't work.
Another one bug is on yahoo mail app. I receive notifications but when i unlock , badge on icon disappears.
While for Facebook manager page app , notifications don't work
Settings are the same for all applications, but for some application notifications work properly but not others i find some problems.
Has someone the same problems ?

Make sure both are enabled.
Left image: Settings -> Manage apps/Installed apps -> Notifications -> Chats and calls -> Notification light
Right image: Messenger -> (circle with profile photo on top-right corner) -> Notifications & Sounds -> Light

Yes , both are enabled, but settings on my mi 8 lite are different (there isn't 'importance' - 'custom sound' - ' custom color' - on chat and calls)
i tried this:
i changed region to hong kong ; after that , badge notifications appare, but smartphone doesn't show badge notifications for new messages. So i change and return to italian region , so new notifications appare.
The Only app that work properly is whatsapp, it shows all notifications and led work but:
- messenger work all notifications but no led
- manage pages facebook (the most important for my work ) shows only notifications badge but only and after that i change region. After that it doesn't shows new notifications badge until i change to another one region. If i don't do this operation , this app shows no one notifications , no led , nothing.
- yahoo mail : notifications works and led also but don't show notifications badge until i change region as up described.

i check only this 3 app.
System apps notifications works, message, callings etc.
i can't believe that MIUI has a lot of problems with notifications. When i bought it one week ago , i though tho only one inconvenient was notifications on status bar.
Can someone help me to find the best way to fix ? Is it only on my smartphone ?

Update.
I tried to reinstall apps : messenger - facebook - facebook manage page - yahoo email.
Now messenger works like whatsapp.
While facebook and facebook manage page don't work , no notifications arrive.
Yahoo mail show on lock screen, sound and led but when i unlock to go on homepage , the icon of app doesn't show that notifications are present.
Today i try to do an hard reset .

What?... Which ROM exactly are you using? Make a screenshot of your device info.
