New MIUI 10 8.9.20 (mi max 3)

Not able to change the settings as some pages become black. And wrong headings. Also ringtone and sms cannot select.

Am i able to flash to the older firmware?

Please advise as i need to use the settingson the phone

clean install the firmware correctly.
I installed it correctly and I have no issue at all except whatsapp cleaner doesnt work :\
