New MIUI 11, Android 10 con not hide "app is displaying over other apps"

Since update MiUI11 and Android 10 i can not hide notification "app is displaying over other apps" on Notification Bar.

Yes, too bad. I am using the app NCleaner from the Playstore to remove it, and it works perfectly until the next reboot (after which you have to hide the notification again).
