Miui 11 - Internet (cellular data) does not work

After i maked the update MIUI 10.3.8>MIUI 11.0.5 my cellular data dose not work, so when i have reboot the phone, no result
So i roll back to MIUI 10.

APN now configured, Internet si running. But it's bizarre that the OS cann't recover the good parameters for APN.
My provider si SCARLET, and it is a subcontractor of PROXIMUS (who have the network), usuaslly the OS uses the APN of Proximus and it's running, so the problem comes from the parameters of the ROM, instead the rom configures the APN with TELENET APN.
