I have a xiaomi mi 11 but it does not allow me to update to the version miui 12.5.21.2.3 it throws me the message "All the links are offline please try later" someone knows why this is due or what I have that makes.
It's useless to use the Updater app on a device without TWRP.
Download the latest "fastboot" ROM by Xiaomi.eu on your computer and update your phone in fastboot mode.
