Hello

You restored "System settings" from a Google backup or from Mi Cloud, that's your mistake.

== The only solution (as far as I known) ==

Do a "Factory reset" in TWRP, reboot and do NOT restore a backup of the "System settings" from Google Cloud or Mi Cloud.

Or you had Digital wellbeing installed from Play Store, which tends to cause the DND settings to break.

No i didn't install this app but yea I restored settings from google :/
