Invalid MIUI 12 Lockscreen notifications bug.

Right after I updated to MIUI 12 I noticed tham my lockscreen notifications have a couple of bugs.
Firstly, from the left side of notification block it shows some weird text (I will include a photo). That happens with all the notifications from all apps and that text sometimes block important notification text. Tried messing with settings, nothing helped.
Secondly, notifications stays on the lock screen, when it shouldn't. I noticed that after every call, when I answer my phone while it is locked I get "in call" notification even though in not in the call.

It seems you're using a custom theme, try to change the theme to the stock one, it might be a bug with the custom theme you're using

Where can I find the original default theme's mtz file.

Changed to classic theme and everything got fixed. Thank you.
