MIUI 13 Changes between Chinese and EU ROM

Friends,
I am planning to get a Xiaomi 12S Ultra for myself. I know that installing Google Play store is easy on the Chinese ROM. But seems like EU ROM is more friendly for Google users. Now is there any documentation saying what are the changes between Chinese and EU ROMs? What has been removed and what has been added? For example will there is MI Dialer or Google Dialer etc.?

Would really appreciate if you could point me to such document.

It uses mi dialler but you could install Google version as an app. There is a full list of what is included in the EU over the cn version on each of the stable and weekly ROM download pages but here is a copy of just that list.

Btw, I noticed the stable release supports xiaomi 12s ultra but the latest weekly release don't have xiaomi 12s ultra in listed supported models.
Can we still try them on our phone or are we limited to just stable for now?
