MIUI 14 Stable to Hyper OS

I have just installed MIUI 14 Stable on Poco F5. I have to set up a lot. So the question is whether I just do the bare minimum and wait.
Question:
If I switch from MIUI 14 Stable to Hyper OS Stable (not yet available). Will I then lose my data?
Is it possible to estimate until when there will be a Hyper OS Stable for Poco F5 ?
