Is MIUI 7.1 Stable Version of Redmi 2 Pro?

I installed MIUI 7.1 Stable Version on my Redmi 2 Pro, but I saw that notification shade is not blur, but the Chinese version of MIUI has the notification shade blur, the site version of MIUI is diferente of oficial?
