MIUI apps on other ROM?

Is it possible to install MIUI Clock and Music on other ROM's as well?
I have tried, but it just say "X App not installed.".

I'm doing some dual-booting and want them on the other ROM as well as my Galaxy Note 10.1 stock if possible.
(MIUI Clock and Music rockkkkkk!!)

MIUI apps depends on MIUI framework which you don't have in Stock rom. So the answer is obvious...
