I do have some problems with my browser, but I am not sure if this is what you mean. For me the shortened links or links that forward to another website don't work, for example: t.co, bit.ly and youtu.be. The same goes for links (ads) in Google's search results. They forward to an adclick address, which will forward you to the right site normally. In my case the website isn't found. In IE11 or Chrome on my computer these links do work.
