Miui + in english?

You can't. MIUI+ is still in (closed) beta testing and I'm not sure if xiaomi.eu can translate the Windows app, you might have to wait for Xiaomi on that.

I tried connecting my mi 10 ultra with chinese MIUi+ and I could not connect it.

miui+ works with my mi11 lite 5g
having the release 18/6/21
it is under connection and sharing
the windows app is in chinese but you can control the phone
