MIUI Music Player-Now Playing Issue

I am stumped, I have reflashed over the latest build a few times now, I continue to not have a full now playing screen. I couldn't find any answers here on the forums in any recent posts, correct me if I'm wrong. Any who here's a picture.

Disable spectrogram display in music settings and see if that fixes it

Nice try though, but all that changed was the spectrogram, it disappeared. The black gradients are still there. Now on 1.4.22, still hasn't changed.
