Miui V8.1.2.0.mbfmidi Pushed To Ota Of Global Rom

I'm running Global 8.0.4.0 ROM on redmi note 4 and just got pushed a 1.3GB update via OTA

Changelog being :

Optimization - Ringtones and Sound Effects
Lockscreen - Fix Earphones staying in status bar
Camera - Optimization.Starting camera uses volume buttons
Settings - Introducting privacy protection password.

Doesn't seem like much for a 1.3GB patch, my wifi is bad right now so can't download. Anyone who's got it have any comments?

How is battery?

It's pretty good and very stable. With gaming and browsing, bank apps, FB, Twitter etc. It's still around 45% at the end of my day.
