I can't seem to send OR receive mms. I'm currently using 12.3.2 for the Evo. HELP!!! LoL Please point me n the right direction (links if possible)

I can't seem to find any solutions in there. I have had this problem with N1 on Orange UK. Mostly MMS will not work, once it did.
When I used CM I had to install a 3rd party app, I used to use Handcent. Suggests this is indeed an AOSP problem?
Just tried GoMMS on MIUI 12.11. Seems to work - and has added festive theme!
Shame I can't get the native app to work though.
