Is there any different modems i could try for the redmi 4 prime?

Recently i've experienced some dropped calls. The phone just hangs up in the middle of a call, especially at work.

is it normal that my modem version installed is for the 8.0.6 build version and i have the 8.0.5 build? i do often get dropped signal.
