Monochrome notification icons

Used to be on miui xiaomi.eu 12, 12.5 and 13 where i was able to change the notification icons type from "colorful" to "monochrome"
Now i flashed back to locked stock global V12.5.10.0.RKBMIXM and the option under settings>notification&control center>status bar to use monochrome icons instead of app icons is not there.... was it a xiaomi.eu feauture?

The setting is called "Use app icons for notifications", and yes, it's our feature.
