Will the install of the MULTI 6.1.14 libra from xiaomi.eu using TWRP is without risk to lock the phone?
I was told that the latest official Xiaomi unlocked ROM was 6.1.7.
Are the versions from xiaomi.eu affected by this problem also?

I have the stable china 7.0.16.0 version on my mi4c. This version locks the bootloader or is just the developer 6.1.14?
